The Gong Yin practice combines Yin yoga and Gong relaxation for 90 minutes of release and relaxation. During the first 45 minutes of the class we focus on Yin yoga, stretching the deep connective tissues around the joints (the fascia) through passive seated and supine postures, typically held for 3 to 5 minutes. In the later part of the session, you access a deeper level of relaxation in an extended Savasana to the sound of the Gong. All proceeds go to charity.
